The goal is to visualise defined values in order to make them both rational and emotional experiences for the employees. In various rooms, the diverse values are prepared for the theme by means of word and picture collections. Divided into small groups, the workforce creates a corporate value both artistically and linguistically, on provided canvases. After the group work, the plenary session presents each specific understanding of the values and the various pictorial realisations. The corporate values are collectively linked to the vision.
